Shipping Policy

You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. In this shipment confirmation mail, you will also receive a track-and-trace code to follow the journey of your parcel from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.
Our colleagues in the warehouse aim to ship orders as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Delivery times depend on your location. If you live in the Benelux, France or Germany, you will receive your Fantail order within 4 working days. For other countries, please check the table below.
