When will I receive my pre-ordered cat climb components?

The shipping from our warehouse starts on February 8. Depending on your location, you'll receive your cat climb within a few days. For more information about shipping to your country and delivery times, check shipping page. But don't worry: you'll receive a tracking link from the moment your package leaves our warehouse. Start the countdown!

What do I need to assemble the components?

Find your configuration on our Manual page and get clear instructions on how you need to assemble your components. Your package will include all the necessary hardware such as screws, plugs and dowels to get started.

Are all the materials used safe for my cat(s)?

Rest assured: they definitely are. Our experienced design team and our cat behaviourist have all approved the used materials. We have also tested all of the components with several cats over an extended period of time to confirm the safety of our product.

Are the components I buy seperately of the same quality as the pre-set configurations?

Yes. You get the exact same components that are used for our predefined configurations.

Safety and comfort were our top priorities during the creation of the cat climb. It was quite the journey to find partners that could provide the quality and durability we were looking for. We ended up finding it in unexpected places.

Take our wooden materials, for example: we found them with a supplier that develops children's products. Safety: check. As for our steel, we've had that developed specifically for the cat climb to guarantee the hightest level of stability.

After a long period of testing and optimalizing, I'm proud to say we've created a beautiful, sustainable and safe product that cats trust. And we all know how hard it is to earn that trust!
